Sip Safe band is an aid in attempting to identify the presence of illicit drugs in beverages.  A positive test result indicates the probability of the presence of an illegal drug.  However, there are occasions when the test will show a false reading. For example, any blue colored beverage or liquor can show a false reading when applied to the Sip Safe band. Great care should be taken when a test is positive.  As with any laboratory test, definitive decisions should not be based on any single result method.  A positive result does not mean that the drink in question has the illicit drugs, but only that there is something detected that should not be present. A Sip Safe band positive reading should never be used as the sole basis for determining the existence of illegal drugs. Upon a positive reading, do not consume the beverage. The result of the Sip Safe band is for personal use, informational purposes only.  Seller makes no representations as to the lawfulness or other consequences of the disclosure of the test results, or as to the reliance upon the results, prior to making use of the test. Seller warrants that Sip Safe band is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use in strict accordance with the direction for use. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use and of all other obligations or liabilities on seller’s part.  Seller neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of this product, and disclaims all other warranties and liability.  No warranty of any kind shall apply to any Sip Safe band which has been subject to negligence, alteration, abuse, or misuse, except for rights set forth herein.  Purchase of the Sip Safe band constitutes an agreement that no claim shall be made for damages, including but not limited to compensatory and exemplary damages, whether or not occasioned by seller’s fault.
